User Activity Management
The purpose of the user guide is to demonstrate how admin can view the login event of all users and how individual users can view the recently viewed artifacts in Prolaborate.
View Login Event of all users
User Login Audit captures all the successful and failed login attempts of all Prolaborate users. Admins can view the login and logout time, system information, and IP address of the users logging in to Prolaborate.
For unsuccessful login attempts, the admin can also quickly identify the reason for the failure in the Event Info column.
Note:
- User Login Audit is previously known as Login History in Prolaborate version 5.1.0 and below,
Prerequisite
Admin access is required to view and manage user login audit entries.
Open User Login Audit Page
Click Menu > User Login Audit under License Configuration to open the login audit page.
Once clicked, the admin automatically navigates to the User Login Audit Page, where all user sessions are captured along with their types.
Users’ entries are listed in the following columns,
| Field | Description |

| Name | It shows the user’s name. Clicking the username opens the user’s profile in detail on a separate page.

| User Type | Specifies the user type (e.g., Admin User, Registered User, SAML User). |
| Event Type | Shows whether the login attempt was successful or not. |
| Event Info | Shows details & reasons about failed login attempts. |
| Login DateTime (Start Time) | Shows the time when the user logged in to the application. |
| Logout DateTime (Last Request) | Shows the user’s last access time in the application. |
| IP Address | Displays the IP address of the logged user’s network. |
| System info | Shows the system information, including OS and browser type. |

| Delete | Deletes the entries |
| Refresh | Refreshes the list to get the recent entries |
Refresh Login Entries
To fetch the recent session details of the users, one needs to click the Refresh icon.
Remove Login Entry of Prolaborate User
To remove unwanted entries, click the Trash icon next to the entry. Entries can also be deleted in bulk. Deleted entries are archived in the database for future reference.
My Recently Viewed Items
Recently Viewed items lists the diagrams and artifacts, the user recently accessed in Prolaborate. To view the list, click the dropdown which is located right before the search field on the top right in the ribbon menu.
The last ten recently viewed diagrams or artifacts will be listed.
Click View All to open the detailed list where the following details are displayed.
The page lists the following details
| Column Name | Description |

| Name | Name of the diagram or artifact, the user most recently visited in Prolaborate |
| Type | Specifies the kind of object that a user most recently accessed in prolaborate. Specifies the type whether it is package, diagram or element, the user most recently accessed in Prolaborate |
| Recently Modified | Shows when that particular diagram or artifacts was accessed by the user in Prolaborate |
Users can search for a particular recently viewed item using the search field.
