As per the prices mentioned above, Companies availing 50-licenses or more will get Pro Cloud Server - Team Server edition. Others get Token edition.
Prolaborate Enterprise edition can be obtained with the following benefits:
- Admin Training - Prolaborate experts will provide three hours of administrative training.
- On-Call Technical Support - On-call technical support is offered for Prolaborate Integration with Jira, Confluence, and Teams as well as any Prolaborate issue assistance for up to 8 to 16 hours.

PRICING FAQS

"Licensed Users" denote the total number of users you can add to Prolaborate; Only the users who are added to Prolaborate can participate in reviews, discussions, edit information, create dynamic visualizations, analyze information, and work on all the features of Prolaborate.

The licenses are named licenses. But, the current users can be easily removed and new users can be added to Prolaborate.

No, Prolaborate licenses are different from your Enterprise Architect licenses; there's no relation between them.

You will not be able to integrate with Confluence, MS SharePoint, Jira, Azure DevOps, etc. (Integrations), or enable Single Sign-On (SSO). These add-ons can be purchased separately, if applicable.

Additionally, note that the share count is limited for the Prolaborate Growing Teams edition, dependent on the license count. Refer to the next question for more information.

The share count is 50 for 10 or more licenses.

Each add-on is available at a fixed price of $1400 per year. However, customers who are using the Large Teams or Enterprise edition can enjoy the add-ons for free.
