Download Review Summary Report
Users who are part of a review can preview and download a review as a summary report, which makes it easier to share information with stakeholders who may not have access to Prolaborate for better decision making.
The review summary report includes information such as participants, objects, and both open and closed discussions.

Prerequisites
- This feature is available in Prolaborate V5.4.0 and above.
- Users must be part of a review which they wish to download as a PDF summary report.
- The review should be in Active, Completed, or Archived state.
How to set up a Review?
Click on Menu > Reviews or click on Reviews in the ribbon menu to set up a review.

How to Download a Review?
Open a review which you wish to download as a PDF summary report.
Click on the Preview button to initiate the download.
A preview of the review information will be opened in a modal window. Users can review the information and set the page orientation to either landscape or portrait (which is selected by default. Click the Download Report button to download the report.
The review will be downloaded as a PDF summary report for offline analysis.
Information Available in the Report
- Review Name and Description
- Review Status
- Review Start and End Date
- Approval Start and End Date (If approval process starts on different date)
- Review Author
- List of Reviewers and Approvers
- Review Status of Items
- Approval Status of Items
- Overview of Users’ Review Status
- Overview of Users’ Approval Status
- List of Discussions with Open Status
- List of Discussions with Closed Status
Navigate to Prolaborate from the report
By clicking hyperlink present in the name of the review in the downloaded report, users are directed to Prolaborate to view the review data on the platform.
The link navigates to the login screen and, upon entering the credentials, the user is taken directly to the detailed view on the platform. If the user is already logged in to Prolaborate in the browser, clicking the link will open the review details directly.
