How can we resolve the “Access Denied” error when trying to open a matrix in Prolaborate?
The “Access Denied” error when attempting to open a matrix in Prolaborate usually indicates that access permissions are not correctly configured for the matrix source and target packages.
To resolve this issue, ensure the user or user group has access to both the source and target packages referenced in the matrix.
If appropriate access is not granted to either package, Prolaborate will restrict matrix visibility and display the “Access Denied” message.
