Unable to open diagrams in Enterprise Architect from Prolaborate using Diagram Editor 

If the connection string is incorrect in the Diagram Editor settings in Prolaborate, users will receive the above error when launching Enterprise Architect and opening diagrams directly from Prolaborate. 

Ensure that the connection string is correct in the Repository Settings in Prolaborate. To resolve this, admin can 
1. Copy the required database’s connection string from the Pro Cloud Server. 

2. Paste the encrypted connection string from Enterprise Architect. Save the project as a shortcut, open the shortcut file in a notepad, and copy the encrypted string. (Click here to learn more)
