Pro Cloud Server Troubleshoot

Is PCS upgrade necessary for Prolaborate 5 Upgrade?

To get an un-interrupted workflow, we recommend every customer to upgrade their PCS version with Version 5.x

Unable to active Pro Cloud Server license 

  1. Ensure you are using the correct License Certificate file the Sparx Systems Sales Team provided and verify that it matches the required format. 
  2. Confirm that the service account or user has sufficient read-write permissions for the Pro Cloud Server (PCS) root folder: 
    • Right-click the Sparx Systems folder, select Properties, and navigate to the Security tab. 
    • Check that the relevant user or administrator account has write access. If the “Deny” option is checked, uncheck it, and apply the changes. 

Unable to add database in PCS using the Active Directory User Credentials 

SQL authentication – Specific username and password should be given when adding a SQL database in the Pro Cloud Server. 

Active Directory Authentication are not supported.
