No Access to the Diagram (Bad Request)

The user is experiencing a “No Access Diagram (Bad Request)” error in Prolaborate. This issue is likely caused by invalid attribute values in the MySQL server configuration, specifically related to the max_allowed_packet size and the sql_mode settings. 

The issue can be resolved by adjusting certain MySQL configurations: 

• Increase max_allowed_packet size: If the max_allowed_packet size is less than 100, it should be updated to 1024 or higher. 

• Remove ONLY_FULL_GROUP_BY: If the sql_mode contains ONLY_FULL_GROUP_BY, it needs to be removed. 

After making these changes, it is important to restart the SQL service to apply the modifications.
