How to evaluate Confluence Integration?
Issues with Prolaborate Macro in Confluence
To help us resolve the issue, please provide the following details:
- Screenshot of the issue: Please provide a screenshot of your issue.
- Prolaborate version: Let us know the version of Prolaborate you are using.
- Macro Version: Version of macro that you are using.
- Confluence version: Please let us know the version of Confluence you are using.
- Confluence Cloud or Server
- Short video of the behavior: Please provide a short video of the behavior you are experiencing.
- Share the confluence error logs: Click here to know How to share confluence Error logs.
- Follow the instructions to share the Prolaborate log files:
1. Go to the Error logs folder and delete all the exiting logs. The folder is located at
C:\Program Files\Prolaborate\ProlaborateApp\Logs\WebApp\Errors
2. Reproduce the issue
3. Go back to the above folders and share the log files created.
If you’re using Confluence Cloud, have no worries about sharing the error log; our team will handle it for you. Create a ticket to support[at]prolaborate[dot]com and don’t forget to provide the date and time for us to assist you better.
Note:
From Prolaborate V5 the default path will be under the Program files. We advise the users who are in V4 to follow this path to access the Prolaborate logs folder. C:\ProgramFiles(x86)\Prolaborate\ProlaborateApp\Logs\WebApp
