Atop of this regular support, you’ll also have a direct Point of Contact to support and assist you directly (on a call if required). Our team will also support you with deployment and be able to resolve any deployment issues over Web calls.
If you need any new capabilities, the requests will be addressed with high priority and you’ll be notified of feasibility and time frame.
You can also avail customization, other training, and additional maintenance support as a service (on additional cost).
