    Prerequisites:
    1. It is recommended to take a backup of Prolaborate folder and database
    2. Visit this link and download the Prolaborate Installer

    For users with Prolaborate database in MSSQL Server, please follow these steps:
    1. Install Prolaborate, follow the steps in the installer and complete the installation
    2. Check Prolaborate Versions in the Menu > Health Checks page. If there is a mismatch between current and latest versions, run the latest database schema on the Prolaborate database shared by the team. Name of the schema is Prolaborate_schema_update.sql
    Note: Please double check the name of the file before running it.
    3. Goto “Services” and set the “Startup Type” of Prolaborate service and Prolaborate Mailer Service to “Automatic”. Start these services if not started already

    For users with Prolaborate database in MySQL Server, please follow these steps:
    1. Open Notepad as an Administrator
    2. Open Prolaborate.conf file (Sample location – C:\Program Files (x86)\Prolaborate\Config)
    3. Remove the DSN value and save the file. Ensure Database Host, Name, UserId, and Password are correct
    4. Open the downloaded Prolaborate folder and run setup.exe as Administrator. Complete the installation by following the steps in the installer
    5. Check Prolaborate Versions in the Menu > Health Checks page. If there is a mismatch between current and latest versions, run the latest database schema on the Prolaborate database shared by the team. Name of the schema is Update Schema_MySQL(DELIMIT).sql
    Note: Please double check the name of the file before running it.
    6. Goto “Services” and set the “Startup Type” of Prolaborate service and Prolaborate Mailer Service to “Automatic”. Start these services if not started already
