How does the migration services work?
You can send the EA project (eap or eapx) files to us through any secure medium of your choice and we can get it migrated it to your cloud repositories.
Model migration up to 5 repositories are included in the Security-optimized edition by default.
Custom backup schedule
Increase the number of database backups taken per day. Ensure no data is lost anytime. For example, you can request us to take 4 backups per day.
Pre-production environment
This would be a dedicated dev environment comprising the same application stack. You can use it work on the To-Be architecture.
EA/Prolaborate SSO integration
We would assist you in setting up SSO. This entails you to 4 hour on-call support to integrate EA and Prolaborate with your SSO apps.
